We supply tires to virtually all major car manufacturers, and to further strengthen our operations, we are looking for an experienced OEM Supply Chain Manager to lead our OEM supply chain team.
OEM Supply Chain Manager (m/f/d)
Your tasks:
- Lead and inspire the OEM Supply Chain team, fostering accountability and driving high performance as a middle manager
- Oversee the full OEM order lifecycle, from order intake through delivery and billing
- Act as the primary point of contact for OEM customers, strengthening and maintaining strategic relationships
- Align production, allocation, and supply planning with global manufacturing plants
- Ensure inventory stability through effective demand alignment and stock optimization
- Ensure billing accuracy while driving continuous process improvements and SAP optimization
Our requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field
- Experience in the automotive OEM industry preferred
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to develop, motivate, and manage teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- German language proficiency is an advantage
- Solid SAP expertise (order management, planning, billing)
- Advanced Excel skills for KPI tracking, reporting, and planning
- Experience coordinating with global manufacturing plants
