Test Engineer (m/f/d) (Europe Technical Center)

Hankook Tire Europe Technical Center (ETC) based in Hannover, Germany is one of Hankook Tire’s five global R&D centers (along with Korea, United States, Japan, China) and is responsible for the development and testing of tire solutions for European road conditions – working together with premium European vehicle manufacturers. Indoor test operation and quality control for European tire production in Hungary are also controlled by ETC.

The following position at our location in Hannover is to be filled on a permanent basis as soons as possible:

Test Engineer (m/f/d) 

Your Tasks:

  • Independently plan, organize, and execute product tests (summer/winter) at international
    test sites worldwide.
  • Provide technical support and advice for Hankook Tire Europe Headquarters
    for international product presentations and company events
  • Coordination of relevant project teams in Hankook Tire Europe Technical Center
  • Technical contact for the Corporate Communications department

Your Profil:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Automotive Technology
  • Several years of pertinent experience in tire (and vehicle) testing and analysis
  • Fluent in spoken and written German and English
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills in an international working environment
  • Ability to work independently with a high level of resilience and flexibility
  • Willingness to travel abroad regularly, sometimes for several weeks per year
