Supply Chain Management Jr. Specialist (m/w/d)
Your Tasks
- Tägliche Beratung und operative Unterstützung bei Container-Inbounds zu 3PL-Dienstleistern
- Erstellung, Prüfung und Bereitstellung aller erforderlichen Versand- und Zolldokumente
- Übertragung und Pflege von Inbound-Daten (ASN/STO) via EDI
- Identifikation, Analyse und Klärung von Inbound-Abweichungen und Bestandsdifferenzen
- Anforderung, Prüfung und Pflege von Barcode-Daten für eingehende Materialien
- Unterstützung beim Monatsabschluss sowie Klärung unbekannter Lagerbestandsabweichungen
- Erstellung täglicher Bestands-, Inbound- und Sales-Reports
- Entwicklung und Implementierung von Programmen zur Rechnungsprüfung
- Entwicklung und Pflege von Tools zur Prüfung und zum Abverkauf alter DOT-Bestände
- Management und Reduzierung von Shortage- und Overage-Claim-Reports
- Entwicklung Excel-basierter Auswertungen und Programme zur Reduzierung von Bestandsabweichungen
- Kommunikation und Koordination mit internationalen Werken (Indien, China, Korea, Ungarn)
- Unterstützung bei Intercompany-Transaktionen und konzerninternen Abstimmungen
Your Profile
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung bzw. vergleichbare Berufserfahrung
- Selbstständige, zuverlässige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Hohe Teamfähigkeit und ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und SAP/R3 (SD-Modul), insbesondere MS Excel
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Supply Chain Management / Logistik
