Technical Service Jr. Specialist (m/w/d)
What you will do

Provide daily operational support to EU-HQ Technical Managers and regional field technicians, acting as a central coordination point.

Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly technical reports for EU management.

Collect, analyze, and share market, regulatory, and technical information, including tire test results and industry publications.

Support and coordinate field testing activities, ensuring compliance with EU-HQ standards and data accuracy.

Review and validate field test and fleet performance data.

Manage administrative tasks related to technical operations, including procurement and invoice coordination in cooperation with Finance (SAP).

Plan and organize technical events and Technician Conventions, supporting knowledge sharing and alignment across subsidiaries.
What we are looking for

Bachelor’s degree preferred in Engineering, Technical Studies, Operations Management, or a related field.

Experience in technical operations, project coordination, or administrative support.

Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

English proficiency at a very good level (both written and spoken).

Strong organizational, coordination, and follow-through skills.

Effective communicator with the ability to work in cross-functional and international teams.
